Thursday Doors in Portugal

It is Thursday Doors today and so I thought I’d share more of my collection of Portuguese doors. Do you recognise any from your Portuguese travels?

I love photographing doors and so I was surprised to discover that whilst there have been a couple of individual door posts this year part one of my door collection was back in October of last year. Nearly as bad as the windows, clearly I need to find more time to share my discoveries with you!

It had been a good life walking, cooking, photographing, volunteering, blogging, and best of all spending time with MrB, family, & friends. Sadly it is no longer what it was, as suddenly and unexpectedly I became a widow.

  1. Becky, I also love these classic, European village doors and your photos are a great collection. For me, interesting doors are the lipstick on the face of the building, and they make such an impression. ~James

  2. Yes, I recognise most of them 🙂 🙂 Is that looking out from the old church up on top, at Loule?
I like the grill shot in Olhao too- unusual 🙂 Happy Sunday, Becky, and yes, I do have several shots of that one in Bougainvilea Lane in Tavira 🙂

    1. Thought you would!
And yes well spotted on the one from Loule . . .we were just about to be chased out because she was closing for lunch, but I managed to squeeze in a few more seconds to take this 🙂
