By the way something weird is up with WordPress this morning, not sure if it is Santa’s Elves or what. However this post was scheduled for a 6:45am publish, and for some reason didn’t going out. WP just said ‘missed schedule’?! And some comments are disappearing – they are not in spam or anywhere. Hope Rudolf gets the Elves in order soon!

I am a seasoned spam cook. Spam was the staple for all Scout hikes and overnight camps. It can be nice as a sweet and sour – bottled sauce is fine – spam in chunks fried with pineapple, pour in sweet and sour sauce, a bit of rice and there you go 😀

No but will be ages. The six months is up on 4 Jan, see neurologist 9 Feb. Off medication and no driving as well as a lot of other stuff for a further 6 months!!! So that 9 August next year……sigh
