These are just a few of the ‘ordinary’ doors in Olhão, Faro and Tavira as part of my entry this week for Norm’s Thursday Door Challenge. Such a great challenge. I’ll definitely be back another Thursday soon with more doors, but in the meanwhile why not check out my very first Thursday Door entry.

Hi – Great photos – I love the doors and windows of Olhao and Porto. Have a look at my latest post showing paintings inspired by Porto. We were in Olhao in early November and I have heaps of inspiration from photos taken there.
Can’t wait to see your Olhão inspirations.
Becky, what a delightful collection! Must be a lovely area/lovely areas.

Thank you – we think it’s a stunning area
Love the photo of the street and the white door next to it!
Thank you . . . I love that street, it is in Faro, a city which most visitors miss despite its airport being the main port of entry to the Algarve.
Have yet to visit the Algarve but it clearly has many delights to discover!
Lovely collection of doors. The pink/peach one is beautiful. 🙂
Thank you
And I can’t resist that one either!
Wow – what a wonderful collection. There’s something very warm and sunny about that 2nd white one (my fave) that makes me want to be there RIGHT NOW 🙂
Welcome and thanks for joining us this week!
Thank you so much 🙂 I can’t wait to return in a few weeks.
I know that 2nd white one is amazing and yet just an average door there!
Lovely, would love to be there
It is such a beautiful region
I’m a door fan too so I have enjoyed looking at your Portuguese doors.
Thank you, glad you’ve enjoyed
This might be the first post on this blog where I didn’t get any new terms 😀
Beautiful pictures though 🙂
Love and light <3
